Lea Grossman

Lea Grossman has a diverse work experience, primarily in product management and operations. Lea is currently serving as the Head of Product Operations - Israel at Triple Whale since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Moxie from March 2021 to April 2022. One of their significant roles was as the Head of Product at Hometalk, where they joined in June 2017 and played a crucial part in the company's growth, managing various responsibilities as the company expanded from 10 to 50 employees. Lea also served as the VP of Operations at Hometalk from June 2016 to 2017, overseeing a team of 25 employees and implementing several important initiatives such as transitioning to more frequent software deployments and establishing the OKR system. Lea also had prior experience as a QA Manager at Hometalk from January 2014 to June 2016, where they managed a team of 6 employees and played a role in coaching and promoting employees to senior positions within the company.

Lea Grossman has a diverse education history. In 2008-2010, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Jewish/Judaic Studies from the University of Maryland. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued another Bachelor's degree, this time in Jewish History at Bar-Ilan University. During this period, they also earned a Tour Guiding Certificate from Machon Lander in 2011-2013. Most recently, in 2020-2021, Lea completed a UX Course in Design and Visual Communications, General at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
