Ranita Amanda is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Ops Manager for Indonesia at Tripledot Studios since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ranita held the position of Head of People & Talent Acquisition at Touchten Games from December 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included creating a world-class mobile game development journey, talent sourcing, recruitment strategy development, and employer branding initiatives. Ranita's extensive experience in talent acquisition also includes serving as Head of Talent Acquisition (Tech) at PT. Indocyber Global Technology from May 2018 to December 2021, where a complete recruitment flow was established and massive hiring projects were managed. Earlier roles included Senior Tech Talent Acquisition at Emerio and positions focused on recruitment at Indobara Bahana, PT and Jati Piranti Solusindo, PT. Educational achievements comprise a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from PPM School Of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
