Ben Haines

Ben Haines is a Quality Assurance Engineer at Uniguest, where responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining test plans and cases for Linux-based systems in an Agile environment, in collaboration with software developers. Previously, Ben served as a Technical Support Engineer at Tripleplay Services, providing 2nd line support for Linux servers to high-profile clients such as Premier League football stadiums, Deloitte, and the NHS. Prior experience at BT included various 2nd line application support roles, notably for the NHS, managing support for the Cerner Millennium system across 17 hospitals. Ben began a career in customer service at The Co-Operative Food and holds a foundation degree in Information Technology from the University of Staffordshire and a BTEC National Diploma in IT from Bournemouth and Poole College.
