Daniel Bish is a QA Engineer at Uniguest since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in IT support and engineering. Previously, Daniel worked as a 2nd Line Engineer at Nasstar PLC, contributing to the implementation of the company’s largest contract and supporting the creation of an 11-member support desk team. Prior to that, Daniel was employed at BT Business and Public Sector, offering 24/7 2nd line support across various contracts, including a significant role in supporting the NHS. Daniel began a career in IT through the BT Higher Modern Apprenticeship program, gaining experience across multiple teams and functions. Daniel's early work experience includes a role at Asda as a Bakery Employee while pursuing education at the University of Staffordshire and Bournemouth and Poole College, where qualifications in Information Technology and Business were achieved.
