Angela Carlson has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Angela started their career at Madigan Army Medical Center as a Medical-Oncology Nurse from 2009 to 2013. Angela then worked as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse at Bassett Army Community Hospital from 2013 to 2017. Angela served as the Executive Officer of the 602nd Area Support Medical Company at the 44th Medical Brigade from 2017 to 2018. Angela then became the Company Commander of the 601st Area Support Medical Company from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Angela is the Nursing Director of the Department of Family Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center, a role they have held since September 2021.
Angela Carlson obtained their BSN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the College of Saint Benedict in the years 2005 to 2009. Angela then pursued an MSN degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella University from 2015 to 2020.
