Alysha Bigelow, CMP

Alysha Bigelow, CMP has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Alysha is currently working as a Hotel Customer Onboarding Specialist at Tripleseat, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Onboarding Specialist from July 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Tripleseat, Alysha held the position of Director of Workplace & Social Catering at 9 Miles East Farm from September 2020 to July 2022. Alysha'sresponsibilities included managing catering operations and maintaining social connections with clients.

From June 2018 to September 2020, Alysha worked as a Sales Manager at Driftwood Hospitality Management, where they played a key role in driving sales and building client relationships.

Alysha's previous experience also includes the role of Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott from November 2017 to June 2018. Alysha worked as a Catering Sales Manager at Hilton from August 2013 to November 2017, where they were responsible for managing sales in the catering department.

Prior to that, Alysha served as a Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn from July 2012 to August 2013. Alysha started their career at Marriott International, where they worked as a Sales Coordinator in the Food & Beverage department from May 2011 to June 2012. Alysha also held the position of Guest Service Representative and continued working part-time in that role until June 2012.

Alysha's earliest work experience was as a Sales & Events Manager at Carol Kent Yacht Charters from March 2008 to September 2010.

Alysha Bigelow, CMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Music. Alysha obtained their degree from Endicott College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to attending college, Alysha attended Pinkerton Academy from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Alysha has obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council in April 2021.
