Ed Mikalunas

Ed Mikalunas has an extensive background in IT operations and support, currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Tripleseat since July 2017, where responsibilities include performing IT duties and providing Second Level Support to the Support Team. Prior to this role, Ed worked as a Tier 2 Support Specialist at Constant Contact from April 2009 to July 2017 and served as a Supervisor at RCN from 1998 to 2002. Ed holds an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Greenfield Community College, earned between 1992 and 1997.
