Katie Kondry has over a decade of experience in finance and customer support roles. Currently serving as the Outbound Team Lead at Tripleseat since October 2018, Katie supports sales processes and customer retention while streamlining payment methods for accounts. Previously, as the Accounts Receivable Specialist and Billing Team Lead at Constant Contact, Katie managed billing support operations, improved team performance, and ensured customer service excellence. Earlier experience includes sales roles at Wireless Advocates and a quality intern position at Indevus Pharmaceuticals, where Katie developed essential organizational and administrative skills.
