Mel K. Mills

Mel K. Mills has a diverse work background with experience in various roles. In 2011, Mel worked as an Independent Agent at Aflac for one year before moving on to GENPACT, where they served as an Online Technician from October 2012 to September 2014. Following that, Mel joined Century 21 Woodland Realty as an Office Manager from October 2014 to December 2015. Mel then transitioned to Thomson Reuters in January 2016, where they worked as a Technical Support Analyst until April 2019. From April 2019 to February 2023, Mel held the position of Specialist-Product Support at Verint. Currently, Mel is working at Tripleseat as a Tier II Support member starting from February 2023.

Mel K. Mills has a strong educational background with a focus on business and data modeling. In 2008, they enrolled at Everest College-Phoenix and completed their Associate's Degree in Business Management in 2011. Later, in 2019, they attended Schoolcraft College and studied Intro to SQL, specifically in the field of Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. Besides these academic achievements, Mel has obtained two additional certifications, namely Life and Health Licensing in October 2011 and Google Certified from Google in October 2012.
