Sara Rayner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sara started their career as a Methods 1 Student at the Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock in 2010, where they demonstrated proficiency in child development and effective communication with coworkers and parents. Sara also worked as a Methods 2 Student at Chesterfield Elementary School, planning and implementing lessons for first-grade students.

In 2011, Sara worked at Acton-Boxborough Community Education as a Camp Counselor, planning and organizing daily activities for children from various grade levels. Sara then joined Jonathan Daniels Elementary Keene NH as a student teacher, where they planned and implemented lessons in second-grade classes.

From 2012 to 2013, Sara worked at The Paper Store, initially as a Sales Associate, where they assisted with various tasks and departments. Later, they became an E-commerce Customer Service representative, managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

In 2016, Sara joined Courtagen Life Sciences, Inc. as a Patient Advocate, managing territories, and providing support to patients and customers. Sara was responsible for insurance verification, billing, sample collection, and testing.

In 2017, Sara worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Insulet Corporation, where they processed customer orders, verified insurance coverage, and resolved customer inquiries and issues.

Sara then moved to Tripleseat and took on various roles. Sara started as a Customer Support Specialist, responding to client requests and providing assistance through different channels. Sara later became a New User Support Specialist, ensuring successful client adoption and reducing the risk of attrition. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Specialist, proactively managing customer migrations and serving as the main point of contact between internal teams and customers. Currently, Sara works as the Sales Operations & Enablement Manager at Tripleseat, collaborating with the CRO and VP of Sales to streamline the sales process and support the sales team in driving efficiency and competency.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills in various roles and industries.

Sara Rayner obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Keene State College, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.
