Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar is a seasoned Lead 3D Artist with extensive experience in the gaming and visualization industries. Currently serving at Tripleseat since May 2024, Vijay has also held the role of Lead 3D Artist at Merri from June 2022 to July 2024, transitioning from a 3D Artist position during that time. Prior freelance work as a Fulltime 3D Freelancer spanned nearly three years, while earlier roles include 3D Artist at AWAX and SmartVizX, where character and environment modeling for mobile games and PS4 assets were key responsibilities. Vijay's career began at ChicMic, focusing on 3D game art, and included experience in architectural visualization at Sunovatech. Educationally, Vijay holds a B.Sc in Animation from Karnataka State Open University, completed in 2011.
