Amir Oranim

Amir Oranim has been working in the business and legal fields since 2008. In 2008, they were a Lecturer of Legal Research and Coordinator of the Orientation Week at the Radzyner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. Amir then worked as an Intern at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein in 2009, where they supported senior partners in conducting due diligence, feasibility checks, data analysis and investments rounds, as well as drafted commercial agreements, contacts, claims and other legal documents. In 2011, they began working at EY as a Manager of Transaction Advisory Services, where they prepared business plans for start-up companies, conducted financial modeling and various sensitivity analyzes, and performed commercial due diligence on target companies. Amir also worked as an International Tax Advisor, advising multinational corporations on the Israeli tax implications of Israeli inbound market-entry strategies, cross-border transaction structuring, cash repatriation and capital financing strategies. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and COO of TripleW Ltd., a biotechnology R&D company that develops an industrial process for production of biodegradable bioplastic from waste.

Amir Oranim attended The Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Amir also attended Reichman University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in B.A & L.L.B (cum laude).
