Mayank Sharma

Mayank Sharma has worked in various roles in the field of Talent Acquisition since 2013. Mayank started as a Product Development Specialist at Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd., where they were responsible for providing recruitment solutions for IT Product Based startups/Giants. Mayank then moved on to Talent Acquisition Manager at Mind Your Fleet, where they reported directly to the Founder and led the recruitment team. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tripoto, where they are responsible for recruiting SDE1&2, UX Designers, and other positions.

Mayank Sharma attended Krukshetra University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology.
