Jennifer Wahba

Jennifer Wahba is an Associate Attorney at Tripp Scott, P.A., where practice areas include appeals, employment, complex business litigation, and general commercial litigation since January 2022. Previously, Jennifer served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for The Southern District of Florida, managing a federal-court trial docket and analyzing motions. Additional experience includes periods as a Judicial Law Clerk and Intern at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, a Legal Intern at the Investor Rights Clinic, and a Legal Intern at Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC. Jennifer Wahba holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nova Southeastern University, and was an M.D. Candidate at St. George's University.
