Arvind Verma

Arvind Verma has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Arvind started their career as a Customer Service Leader at Colchester Group Pty Ltd from 1997 to 2000. Arvind then worked at Westpac as a Customer Relationship Consultant, assisting merchants with account and technical inquiries. From 2002 to 2004, they worked at SPL WorldGroup as a Network Analyst, providing IT support and assisting with Helpdesk Operations. Arvind then joined NSW Health as a Network Administrator, where they ensured network and application availability and supported users. From 2005 to 2009, Arvind worked at Voyages Hotels & Resorts as an IT&T Systems Engineer, responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance, and support. Following that, they joined Naiman Clarke as an ICT Manager, delivering technology solutions and managing ICT infrastructure deployment. Currently, Arvind is employed by Trippas White Group, initially as a Group IT Manager and now as a Group IT Director. In this role, they own the technical strategy, leads the IT team, and ensures technology systems and applications support the company's goals and objectives.

Arvind Verma completed their Diploma of Information Technology in Network Engineering at TAFE NSW from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including CompTIA’s Linux+ Certification Training, ITIL V3 Foundation Course, Updating Your Network Infrastructure and Active Directory Skills to Windows Server 2008, VMWare Certified Professional, VMWare VI3: Install and Configure, Citrix Access Gateway 4.5 Advanced Edition: Administration, Citrix Presentation Server 4.0: Support, Citrix Certified Administrator, Citrix Presentation Server 4.0: Administration, and Planning, Implementing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure.
