Alexander Khalaev has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Alexander began their career in 1998 at Hewlett-Packard, where they served as the Head of Solution Partner Organization until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Motorola Solutions as the Head of Channel Department. Alexander then joined Hitachi Data Systems in 2007 as the Channel Sales Director until 2008. Since 2008, they have been with Tripp Lite, starting as the Country Manager and Representative Office then progressing to the Vice President of Sales for the MENA, CIS, and Baltic regions. Their most recent role at Tripp Lite is as the Vice President of Sales, responsible for Eastern Europe, Russia CIS, Middle East, and Africa.

Alexander Khalaev attended the Antwerp Management School from 2006 to 2008, earning an Executive MBA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy from 1992 to 1994, focusing on International Economic Relations. Their earliest education was at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE) from 1985 to 1992, where they specialized in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Systems.
