Jim Wogan

Jim Wogan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Tripp Lite since October 2002, where responsibilities include managing distribution, reverse logistics, and transportation management. Notable achievements include leading high-level process improvements through the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems. Prior to Tripp Lite, Jim held the position of Operations Manager at Baker & Taylor, managing a fully automated facility and achieving significant on-time performance improvements. Jim’s earlier career includes sales experience as an Account Executive and supervisory roles in operations, where skills in team building and conflict resolution were developed. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Jim combines operational expertise with a solid foundation in financial management.
