Izzuddin Al Qassam is a dedicated professional in sustainable agriculture development, currently serving at Tripper since September 2022. Responsibilities include ensuring supplier compliance with various organic and sustainability standards, implementing training for certification programs, and conducting inspections to summarize findings and recommendations. Previously, Izzuddin worked as a Sustainability Officer at Collins Higgins Consulting Indonesia, conducting audits and supporting farmers to meet the Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) standards. Earlier experience includes serving as a Plantation Supervisor at Sinarmas Forestry and completing a management trainee program in industrial forestry. Izzuddin holds a Bachelor's degree in Soil Sciences from the University of Brawijaya, obtained in 2017.
