Marchela Milenia Rindany is a dedicated professional in sustainable agriculture with extensive experience in certification management, training, and project development. Currently serving as a Sustainable Agriculture Development Assistant at Tripper since February 2024, Marchela oversees the implementation of biodiversity action plans and certification processes. Past roles include being a US ASEAN Science, Technology, and Innovation Cooperation Program Awardee at Arizona State University and managing various certification projects at Belift Green Beans. Additional experience encompasses a laboratory assistant position at Udayana University and a digital marketing trainee role at Power Academy. Marchela holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriindustrial Engineering from Universitas Udayana and a certificate in Exercising Leadership from HarvardX.
