Petronela Yunia Dua Reri is an experienced professional in the food science sector, currently serving as a Production Officer at Tripper since August 2019, where responsibilities include curing vanilla and overseeing the distillation process. Previously, Petronela worked as a Sensory Science Consultant at Sensolution.ID from November 2018 to August 2019, conducting research on sensory evaluation and consumer studies, and training a skilled panel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Brawijaya from 2014 to 2015 in courses related to Biochemistry and Food Analysis. Petronela holds a Master's degree in Food Science from IPB University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Brawijaya (2011-2015).
