Thanh Nguyen

Thanh Nguyen is an experienced professional in product management and customer success, currently serving as a Product Manager at TripShot since April 2019, where responsibilities include providing solutions for a SaaS Real-Time Platform focused on Intelligent Commuter Transportation and acting as a liaison across product, marketing, sales, and support. Prior to TripShot, Thanh held the position of Senior Transportation Program Manager at WeDriveU, successfully managing a high-revenue account and scaling transportation programs. Experience also includes serving as Area Manager for Fox Rent-A-Car, overseeing multiple locations, and Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, focusing on customer service and operations management. Thanh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University.
