Aribowo Mondrowinduro

Aribowo Mondrowinduro has had a variety of roles in the human resources field throughout their career. Aribowo began in 1982 as a General Manager of Management Development at PT Astra International Tbk, and then moved on to become the HR Senior General Manager at PT. United Tractors Tbk. (Astra Group) in 1989. From 1992 to 2003, they served as the HR Director at PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya Tbk (Astra Group). In 2003, they joined Triputra Group as the Head of Corporate Human Resources. Finally, in 2007, they became a Director at Dana Pensiun Triputra.

Aribowo Mondrowinduro attended the University of Indonesia from 1967 to 1973, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. No information is available regarding the degree they obtained.
