Tim Beam

Tim Beam has extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, and business development. Tim is currently the Director of Business Development at Tri Rinse, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at AgReliant Genetics, LLC as a Logistics Manager, where they led supply chain and logistics operations for all crops in North America. Tim implemented optimization software to improve freight spend and was a Six Sigma/Lean leader in the production department. Before that, they were a Logistics Supervisor at XPO Logistics, where they managed a team of professionals and implemented supply chain solutions for Dow Agrosciences. Tim also worked at Dollar General, where they served as a District Manager and Store Manager, overseeing multiple stores and managing P&L. Tim was also an EZ Store Coach/Trainer, leading a company initiative and training numerous stores and districts on labor scheduling and supply chain processes. Tim began their career at Wal-Mart as an Assistant Manager, gaining experience in inventory control, customer service, store operations, and merchandising.

Tim Beam completed their MBA in Finance from Butler University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, graduating between 2001 and 2005. In addition to their degrees, Tim also holds a Six Sigma-Green Belt certification which they obtained from Purdue University in October 2015.
