Wan-Jing 'Janice' Song currently serves as an Analytical Research and Development Scientist I at Tris Pharma since March 2023. Previously, Wan-Jing was a Graduate Student Researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from September 2019 to December 2022, where key projects included climate variability and disease outbreak trends, as well as renewable energy initiatives with NASA. Additionally, Wan-Jing contributed as a Research Assistant in projects exploring the emergence and evolution of abiotic peptides, as well as studying late Cretaceous magmatism in Western Sichuan at China University of Geosciences (Beijing). Wan-Jing holds a Master of Science in Applied Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master's degree in Mineralogy from China University of Geosciences, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geology.
