Ana Ramirez

Ana Ramirez, DNP, MHA, EBP-C has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and positions. Ana is currently the CEO of TrisBell, Inc., a role they started in August 2023. Prior to this, Ana worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a PACT Care Manager, where they started in August 2022. Ana also held the position of Continuous Readiness and Patient Safety Coordinator from March 2022 to August 2023.

Before their time at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Ana worked at TrisBell, Inc. as the Director of Operations from December 2020 to the present. Ana also held the role of Senior Account Manager from July 2020 to December 2020.

Ana's previous experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Continuous Readiness Coordinator from July 2019 to September 2020, as well as being a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department from December 2017 to July 2019.

Ana also worked at Methodist Health System as a Registered Nurse from July 2015 to November 2017. Ana's early career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as the Administrative Chief from February 2004 to March 2012.

Ana Ramirez, DNP, MHA, EBP-C obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from West Coast University between 2012 and 2015. Ana then pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2016 to 2017. Ana furthered their education at Texas Christian University from 2019 to 2022, where they earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing.
