Brian S. Fetterolf

Brian Fetterolf serves as CEO, President and Director for TriState Capital Holdings, TriState Capital Bank, and Chartwell TSC Securities Corp and Vice Chairman of Chartwell Investment Partners. Brian has over 20 years of experience in financial services. He joined TriState Capital in 2009 and has held numerous positions within the company prior to his current roles. Before joining TriState Capital, Brian was with Macquarie Capital (Chicago) as a Senior Vice President in the Special Situations Advisory Group and was the Senior Vice President, Head of Legal and Structuring for Macquarie’s U.S. Commercial Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets Group. Prior to Macquarie, he was the Director, Structured Finance for LaSalle Bank/Bank of America’s Commercial Conduit Group (Chicago), and a licensed attorney with Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney (Pittsburgh). Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University, a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds FINRA Series 7 (general securities representative) and Series 24 (general securities principal) securities licenses. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Honor Foundation, which assists Special Operations Forces transition from active duty to civilian careers.
