Jackie M. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jackie began their career at Providence Alaska Medical Center in 2003 as an Assistant Chief Nurse Executive, where they were responsible for Emergency, Trauma, eICU, and Adult Critical Care services. Jackie then moved on to Providence Health & Services in 2012 as the Director of Nursing, Quality and Innovation at Providence Medical Group, where they supported quality initiatives, patient safety, and risk management. In 2014, they joined PeaceHealth as the Director of Nursing, Critical Care and Emergency Services, focusing on patient-centered care, team development, and fiscal accountability. Jackie then worked at Jefferson Healthcare as a CNO from 2016-2017 before joining MultiCare Health System as the Director of Inpatient Nursing and Interim Director of Emergency Services. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Tri-State Memorial Hospital since 2018.
Jackie M. has a strong educational background in the field of healthcare and nursing. Jackie obtained a Master's Degree in Health Systems Management with a focus on MSN from Vanderbilt University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Adult Education from Alaska Pacific University, graduating between 1984 and 1986.
