He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Lo is qualified as a chartered accountant with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to over 8 years of professional accounting experience, he has over 35 years of experience in investment banking and other financial services. He is the chairman of Shanghai Century Capital Limited and serves as an independent non-executive director of a number of listed public companies, including Convenience Retail Asia Limited, Lam Soon (Hong Kong) Limited and Playmates Holdings Limited.
