Donna Major

Donna Major possesses extensive experience in service relations and management within the HVAC and design industries. Currently serving in the role of Service Relations at TriState HVAC since July 2017, Donna also holds the position of President at DMM Radiant Designs Inc, a role held since February 2001. Previous experience includes various roles at Tozour Energy Systems from March 2008 to March 2017, encompassing parts procurement, bid coordination, and customer coordination. Earlier in career, Donna was the Retail Store and Internet Operations Manager at Keteco, Inc from November 1991 to February 2001. Donna's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from Cabrini University, a Customer Service Certificate from the MidAtlantic Employer's Association in 2011, and an Intro to HVAC Certificate from Tozour-Trane in 2008.
