Shelly Mertz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in multifamily and commercial construction, renovations, and capital projects. Currently serving as Project Sales Manager at TriStone Construction since May 2025, Shelly previously held several leadership roles at Peak Living, including Executive Vice President and Regional Vice President. Prior experience at Simpson Property Group includes positions as Senior Regional Property Manager and Regional Property Manager, demonstrating expertise in operations, finance, strategic marketing, vendor and customer relations, and human resources.
