Hua Wei

Hua Wei currently serves as President and CEO and Group CFO at Tristone Flowtech Group, a position held since January 2022. Previous experience includes leadership roles in finance at Zhongding Europe GmbH as Head of Finance, and at NBHX NaFaTec GmbH and NBHX TRIM GmbH as CFO and Head of Finance and Group Controlling, respectively. Hua Wei's career also features a significant tenure at Brose China, managing finance and controlling, and holds expertise from ZF Group as an Asia-Pacific Senior Cost Estimating Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Mannheim Business School, a Master's in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Master's in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
