Ting Shih-Okawachi has a versatile work experience in the field of benefits management and human resources. Prior to this, Ting served as a Benefits Manager at Safilo from March 2021 to March 2023.

Ting Shih-Okawachi holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Cornell University, which was obtained from 1999 to 2003. Furthermore, Ting Shih-Okawachi acquired three additional certifications. Ting obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2019.
