Beatriz Motta

Beatriz Motta is a senior technical analyst at Trisul SA since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in budgeting and cost control within the construction industry. Previously, Beatriz served as a full-time budget analyst at Construtora Patriani and as a budget and cost control analyst at MAC Construtora e Incorporadora, where responsibilities included budget preparation, cost control, and supplier proposal management. Early career roles included positions as a junior budget and cost control analyst and budget intern at MAC, as well as an infrastructure intern at GPA. Beatriz holds an MBA in Cost Management and Engineering from IBEC and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. Additionally, Beatriz has a background as a professional volleyball athlete with SESI from 2010 to 2016.
