José Roberto Cury

José Roberto Cury holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Engineering School of Universidade Mackenzie, in 1983, and concluded the Intensive Executive Management Course at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 1986. Founding partner of Tricury Construções e Participações Ltda., a company part of the Company’s same economic group and whose main activity is the execution of real estate projects, where he is an Executive Director. He is also a founding partner of Banco Tricury S/A, whose main activity is to provide credit to midsize companies, where he is the CEO. He is member of ANCORD – Associação Nacional das Corretoras e Distribuidoras de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Câmbio e Mercadorias, whose main activity is to promote actions and activities aimed at the ongoing business development of its associated members. He is also member of ADEVAL – Associação da Empresas Distribuidoras de Valores, where he holds the position of second Vice-Chairman. In addition, he also worked at the same company as an Advisor, from 1989 to 1997, and as Director for Legal Affairs, from 1997 to 2001. He is also part of Fundação ABBC – Associação Brasileira de Bancos, as an Executive Board member and at MERCAPREV – Fundo de Pensão Multipatrocinado das Instituições do Mercado Financeiro e de Capitais, whose main activity is to provide private supplementary retirement plans similar to the one provided by the Official Social Security, where he holds the position of Alternate Member of the Sponsor Board. He is currently a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
