Neil Thompson

Neil Thompson, MSc, PMP, currently serves as the AVP of the Business Application Management Office at Trisura, leading a team of 15 primarily composed of Product Managers and Business Analysts, and is responsible for IT project delivery across a growing portfolio of initiatives since April 2023. Prior to this role, Neil worked at Richardson Wealth from October 2017 to April 2023 as a Project Manager, managing strategic projects with C-level sponsors while overseeing both project and change management functions. From June 2003 to June 2017, Neil held positions at RBC, ultimately as a Senior Project/Program Manager, where significant projects included Nexj CRM implementation and major system conversions with annual budgets up to $10 million, alongside managing change in Front Office initiatives and leading diverse project teams. Neil holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, earned between 2015 and 2017.
