Richard A. Grant

Richard A. Grant is a strategic leader with over 18 years of demonstrated success in surety and specialty insurance. He is recognized as a trusted partner with a long-term focus, in-depth knowledge of business risks and the ability to deliver solutions that achieve measurable results. Richard joined Trisura shortly after its inception in 2006 and, like the organization, he believes in the importance of an entrepreneurial culture and commitment to a stakeholder experience that is “a step above.” Most recently, Richard assisted in the development Trisura’s U.S. surety operations as vice president of surety, and prior to that, he served a regional vice president, overseeing multiple product lines for the Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta regions. During his tenure with Trisura, Richard has earned accolades of “Top 40 under 40” from Canadian Design and Construction, “Young Gun” by Insurance Business Canada Magazine and the Insurance Business Canada “Hot List.”
