Phil Redding

Phil Redding is an accomplished real estate professional currently serving as the Tritax EuroBox Fund Manager and Director of Investment Strategy at Tritax Group since November 2020. Previously, Phil held various leadership positions at SEGRO plc from 1995 to 2020, including Chief Investment Officer, where responsibilities encompassed investment strategy, capital allocation, and major investment transactions. Phil's earlier roles within SEGRO involved managing significant property portfolios across London markets and spearheading leasing and marketing initiatives. Beginning a career at King Sturge & Co, Phil gained valuable experience in industrial agency and development.
