Tim Legge

Tim Legge is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate fund management and investment. Currently serving as a Partner and Fund Manager at Tritax Group since June 2015, Tim leads Private Markets and manages significant funds including the Tritax Property Income Fund. Prior to Tritax, Tim held the position of Director at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, overseeing relationship management and capital raising for real asset funds in the UK and Europe. Tim also brings experience as a Senior Fund Manager at KBC Asset Management, alongside previous roles at Atlantic Fund Management, Gartmore, and Hillier Parker. Tim holds qualifications from Newcastle University and University College of Estate Management.
