Karen Bartlett

Karen Bartlett has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Their most recent position is as a Project Office Coordinator at TRITECH Communications Inc. starting in 2022.

Before this, Karen worked at Trowt Movers from 2018 to 2022 as a Business Marketing Manager. In this role, they implemented a comprehensive brand strategy, introduced a new website, and installed customer software to improve business efficiencies.

Karen also has experience in the education field, having worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Beverly Public Schools - Ayers from 2016 to 2018. Their responsibilities included assisting the Special Education teacher in daily class lessons, behavior modification programs, and skill reinforcement.

Prior to their work in education, Karen was self-employed in childcare from 2009 to 2016. Karen provided care for multiple children of various ages and implemented social development opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Eastern Bank in various roles from 1998 to 2008. These roles include Human Resources Professional, Employment Coordinator, Senior Teller, and Teller. In their HR roles, they managed the recruiting life cycle, provided guidance on labor requirements and employee relations, processed payroll, and conducted new hire orientation.

Karen Bartlett attended Marblehead Schools from 1993 to 1997 and received their High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Karen then enrolled in Marian Court College from 1997 to 2000, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2005, Karen returned to Endicott College and studied Business Administration and Management, General without completing a specific degree. Recently, from 2020 to 2023, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at Endicott College.
