Richard Kandell

Richard Kandell has over 30 years of experience in warehouse operations and distribution management. Richard started their career in 1989 as a Manufacturing Coordinator for KDI Specialty Foods / Kolpen Distributors. Richard then worked as a Warehouse Operations Manager for Audiovox Electronics Corp, where they directed and coordinated the entire operation of an 80,000 square foot warehouse. Richard then served as the Director of Northeast Distribution for Drive Medical Design, where they managed the operations of a 110,000 square foot facility and a staff of 55+ employees. After that, they worked as a Distribution/Operations Manager for Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, responsible for managing day-to-day activities in a 300,000 square foot facility with a $100M+ product inventory and a staff of 50+ associates. Currently, Richard is the Warehouse Operations Manager at Tritech Communications.

Richard Kandell earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Math and Natural Sciences from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Richard attended the university from 1973 to 1978.
