Elra Gerritsen

Elra Gerritsen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of proposals, marketing, and communications. Elra started their career at White Young Green as the National Marketing and Proposals Manager. They then worked at GHD as a Marketing Proposals Manager and Relationship Manager. After that, Elra joined KBR, Inc. as a Proposal Manager and Global Marketing Manager Infrastructure. They later became the Proposal Manager for QLD & VIC. Elra then joined Louis Berger as the Head of Proposals and Marketing for the Middle East and North Africa region, and later held the positions of Associate Vice President and Director of International Proposals & Marketing and Vice President - Director of Proposals, Marketing & Communications | International. Currently, Elra is working at Tritium as the Vice President of Global Pursuits & Product Delivery and previously served as the Vice President of Global Pre-Contracts & Pursuits.

Elra Gerritsen obtained a Diploma in Marketing from the Oxford College of Marketing, where they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied Arts, design, and Music at the Johannesburg College of Art from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Elra also received the 2020 AMI Awards For Marketing Excellence from the Australian Marketing Institute in August 2020.
