Shahinur Islam

Shahinur Islam has extensive experience in the field of engineering, currently serving as the Lead Diagnostics Engineer at Tritium® since July 2018. In this role, Shahinur acts as the main interface with customers, develops knowledge-based articles, supports sales with technical queries, and collaborates with product improvement teams to enhance product quality. Shahinur has also held positions as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at Tritium®. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Research Associate at MOBI, an intern at E.ON Energy Research Center and Siemens, and an Engineering Intern at Green Housing and Energy LTD. Shahinur holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Energy for Smart Cities from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering for Smart Grids and Buildings from Grenoble INP - Ense3.
