Jodi Koslow Martin currently serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Triton College. Jodi has held this position since October of 2018. Prior to their current role, Jodi served as the Vice President for Student Engagement at North Park University from July 2013 to October 2018. In this role, they oversaw Student Success, Academic Advising, Residence Life, Career Development and Internships, Student Activities, Counseling, International Student Services, Office of Diversity, and University Ministries. As the senior student affairs officer for the university, Jodi was also responsible for retention efforts.

Before their time at North Park University, Jodi served as the Interim Dean for the College of Professional Studies at Aurora University from January 2011 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the areas of business, criminal justice, social work, and nursing. This included hiring full-time and part-time faculty, evaluating faculty and staff, leading planning efforts for online degree programs, proposing and managing budget, and launching discussion series on college teaching. This was their fifth promotion over a 12 year period at Aurora University.

Jodi began their time at Aurora University as the Assistant Provost/Director of the Crouse Center for Student Success in June 2007. Jodi was promoted to Dean of First-Year Students in July 2003 and served in this role until June 2007 when they became the Assistant Provost/Director of the Crouse Center for Student Success.

Jodi Koslow Martin has a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from Ohio University, and a B.A. in English and Communication from St. Norbert College.

Their manager is Mary - Rita Moore, President. Some individuals on their team include Denise Jones - Dean of Retention and Student Engagement, Hilary Meyer - Dean of Academic Success, and Ken Smith - Director of Admissions. They work with Sam Tolia - Director of Marketing Services, Sean Sullivan - VP, Business Services, and Will White - Executive Director of Workforce Equity Initiative.
