Pat O'Gorman

Pat O'Gorman is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering, labor relations, and education, currently serving as a Business Representative and Organizer for I.U.O.E. Local 399 since July 2018, and as Secretary on the Board of Directors for LERA Chicago since December 2021. Additionally, Pat has been an Adjunct Instructor at Triton College, teaching Commercial Heating and Cooling 1 since August 2018. Previous roles include Operating Engineer at MWRD and Building Engineer at Transwestern and NAI Hiffman, with a foundation in construction as a Laborer/Carpenter at Gorman Construction. Pat holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a B.A. in Communication and an Associate degree in Stationary Engineering.
