Raymond Cowin

Raymond Cowin has extensive experience in criminal justice education and law enforcement. Since January 2010, Raymond has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Triton College, developing and teaching a variety of criminal justice courses. In addition, Raymond holds the position of Security Consultant at Onesti Entertainment and has retired as a Lieutenant/Watch Operations Commander after a distinguished career with the Chicago Police Department, which included supervising watch operations and mentoring officers. As President of Odin Personal Safety Consulting, Inc, Raymond provides seminars on various criminal justice topics. Raymond also instructs at the Homeland Security Training Institute and has taught at several universities, including National Louis University and Benedictine University. Raymond holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a focus on Criminal Justice from Western Illinois University.
