Product Development Engineer at Triton Medical Robotics

Kai Pohlhammer has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Kai started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Ultima Genomics in 2019. In 2018, they joined UCLA MakerSpace as a MakerSpace Technician, where they worked until 2020. During this time, Kai also held leadership roles at Bruin Racing, serving as the FSAE Powertrain Lead from 2018 to 2020 and as a Powertrain Member from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, Kai joined Neptune Medical as a Product Development Intern and later transitioned to Triton Medical Robotics as a Product Development Engineer. At Triton, Kai is involved in building a fully flexible medical robot that enables deeper exploration of human anatomy.

Kai Pohlhammer pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering at UCLA from 2017 to 2021, where they completed their Bachelor's degree.
