Mark Scheeff

VP of Product Development at Triton Medical Robotics

Mark Scheeff has a diverse work experience in various companies, spanning from 1996 to 2018. Mark started their career as a Member of the Research Staff at Interval Research, where they worked on projects exploring human response to a socially competent robot. Mark then joined Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer 4 and was involved in projects such as designing microscopes and complex machines. Mark Scheeff co-founded Hummingbird Scientific and served as the Director of Engineering, developing tools for electron and ion microscopes.

In 2007, Mark Scheeff joined Loma Vista Medical as the VP of Product Development, where they played a crucial role in the successful acquisition of the company. Mark later joined CR Bard as the R&D Director and Principal Engineer, working on various projects including structural heart, fiber balloons, and dialysis access. In 2018, Mark Scheeff joined Neptune Medical as the VP of Product Development and a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, they also served as the VP of Product Development at Triton Medical Robotics, a division of Neptune Medical, where they worked on developing a fully flexible medical robot for endoscopy.

Mark Scheeff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University between the years 1987 and 1991. Mark further pursued their education and obtained a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, studying from 1992 to 1995.
