Johanna Pflug

Johanna joined Triton from Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt, where she was Principal Legal Counsel advising on global M&A projects. Earlier in her career, Johanna was a Managing Associate at Linklaters LLP in Frankfurt focusing on Corporate/M&A. Johanna completed her legal education at Freie Universität Berlin and Universität Hamburg and is admitted as an attorney at law in Germany.
