Licsw Abigail Hammond

Abigail Hammond, LICSW, is an experienced school social worker currently serving Triton Regional School District since August 2023 and previously held the same position at Duxbury Public Schools from August 2019 to August 2023. Prior roles include Crisis Clinician at Advocates and Clinical Social Work Intern for Psychiatric Emergency Services, as well as a Study Skills Teacher at Landmark School. Abigail's experience encompasses a variety of educational and clinical settings, including significant roles at Carroll School and Framingham High School, where responsibility included supporting students with learning disabilities and those transitioning from mental health hospitalization.
