Malcom P. Baker

Malcolm P. Baker has served as a director since July 2016. Mr. Baker also served as a director of TAL from September 2006 to July 2016. Mr. Baker is the Robert G. Kirby Professor at the Harvard Business School and the director of research at Acadian Asset Management. From 2011 through 2018, he was the director of the corporate finance program at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and from 2014 to 2018 he was the unit head for Finance at Harvard Business School. Mr. Baker holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University, an M.Phil. in Finance from Cambridge University, and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University.
